After procuring the land, GreenToday Infrastructure conducts soil testing to find the load-bearing capacity and on this basis, we choose the nature and type of foundation that suits the building.
Architectural Designs
Then after a detailed consultation with the client, to extract the needs, ideas, and dreams related to the home, an architectural design is created. This will be again subjected to discussions and revamping and finally, the final blueprint of the building will be formed.
As per the evolution of the architectural design, a perfect budget, which will never deviate from the actual budget is initiated and starts the work, accordingly, in a highly sophisticated and professional manner.
Construction
Next, the construction phase will be started by a senior civil engineer, engineers, contractors, and laborers using high-quality materials, with the foundation followed by structuring columns, erection of doors and windows, roofing of the first floor, construction of additional floors, provisioning of air conditioners, plumbing, and electrical fittings, culminating in final roofing.
The first phase ends with finishing works including electrification, plumbing, tiling, and painting.

In the architectural design phase itself, we design the interior of the home, drawing inspiration from the client.
